COURSE DESCRIPTION This seminar will provide the skills in providing appropriate interventions in dealing different issues in sexuality that our patient’s may experience. By teaching the development of sexuality and how it differs from children with disability, we get to understand and create more appropriate intervention plans for those patients with these types of issues. School readiness and appropriate placement has been an issue which all types of therapists. This seminar will teach the correct suitability of transitions and placements in different school levels or types. This is important knowledge for occupational therapists to properly endorse or refer their students appropriately. This seminar will also show the possibilities of job or work placements. Transitioning from pre-vocational treatment into actual job or work has been an area that needs to be explored and promoted. Awareness and education on this field is a growing necessity due to the expected aging population the current census of patients around the Philippines. After each lecture, the lectures will provide case studies wherein the participant will apply the knowledge gained in order to make proper decisions in the issues to be presented.
COURSE OBJECTIVES To help the participants understand the different transitions that a person with disability undergoes across their lifespan.

The application number is usually given upon accomplishing the online registration. 5.REFUND POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO THE FOLLOWING: a) Participants who already paid the course but is unable to get a confirmed slot due to full slots in the course. b) Conflict with the new schedule if there is a sudden rescheduling of the course by the organizer. 6.NO REFUND POLICY APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING: a) Failure to attend the course on the original schedule course. 7.Original Deposit Slip/ ATM Receipt/ Online Banking Transfer should be presented with valid I.D for verification and validation to the registration committee on the day of the seminar. Failure to present such requirements will cause forfeiture of the payment. 8. CHRISTIAN REY D. RIMANDO, MSPT, PTRP RESEARCHER:
Mr. Rimando had published research papers in orthopedic and sports field. His current research interest is more focus on motion analysis.
CLINICIAN: Mr. Rimando is also an experienced clinician with more than 7 years of experience. His main practice is more on home health setting addressing different orthopedic conditions. He had attended various diploma course and trainings abroad about manual medicine such as Cyriax Modern Manual Therapy, Neurodynamics and Manual Therapy certification.
ACADEMICIAN: He is also an experienced academician. Currently, he is the Internship Coordinator of the Department of Physical Therapy, College of Rehabilitation Sciences of the University of Santo Tomas. Mr. Rimando had talked to various local and international conventions and seminars.
